I know that this has been posted before, but I wanted to share my insight on one of my favorite movies after watching it for the third time.

People often describe it as a western in which the hero doesn’t win, but I disagree. I don’t see Lewellyn Moss as the hero in this movie at all.

He stole the money, plain and simple. He was not going to return it to its owner, donate it, or turn it in to the police. He was going to keep it all for himself.

He had chances to make it right, to save himself and his wife, but didn’t. He was a greedy prick who had no right to do what he did, and got what was coming.

Someone please try to change my mind, I always feel like the “bad guy” isn’t the bad gu

My family will be in New York from the 23rd to the 30th, and we were planning on going to Cooperstown. I just realized that hall of fame weekend is the 27th through the 30th.

My question is, how busy will it be before the weekend? We try to avoid crowds, and don’t want to be around there during the festivities. Is it worth going or should we avoid it?
