A friend of mine has been having issues with their camera since the Ringmaster patch. It will become locked in place an average of once per game and fails to respond to any sort of movement (they use WASD) apart from clicking the minimap. They said they have had no problems with any other games they play.

The odd thing is that I use arrow keys for camera control and haven't experienced this once. Does anyone else have this issue or any thoughts on a solution? Leaving the game and reconnecting has been the only workaround right now.

I've watched well over 6 hours of Marvel Snap since the drop went live but the campaign doesn't even say it's active for me.

For the past month or so, whenever I try to launch the game, I've been getting an error that says:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime

I've reinstalled and repaired Visual C++ countless times but the error persists. Does anyone have any experience with this error or know of a solution?

Does anyone else suddenly have this strange visual bug on PC where the ground is covered in what appears to be fluorescent green and blue paint? It wasn't there on day one but now I see it everywhere on every graphics setting. I've tried verifying integrity to no effect but haven't yet tried to reinstall.

I'm currently at the entrance to Shadowfell and I am unable to enter the pool at the Verge of the Shadows. I have another save in the same campaign where I've already completed this dungeon and freed the Nightsong, but I decided to redo some of this progress because it prevented me from finishing some side quests that I was still interested in. Now here I am, two levels and several side quests later, and I am no longer given the prompt to enter the pool.

I've noticed that hotfix 2 includes a fix for this issue, but I'm still experiencing it and I can't progress beyond this point.
