Excuse my artistic inability but this is basically what it looked like, before I could throw it out of the window my cat stepped on it and these incredibly small black bugs that sort of looked like fleas came out of it.
I have no idea what it could be, I cleaned everything with a vacuum before doing anything else so I can't take pictures of it (hopefully that isn't a big fuck up? Worst comes to worst I just throw out the vacuum sack)

I love the game, i've basically finished most of the content minus exploration and now that i'm setting up my ziplines the one problem that annoys the fuck out of me is ziplines preventing you from opening the map.
Why? What the fuck kinda spaghetti code was written to completely stop players from opening the map while on a zipline?
It would make actually going where i want to so much easier, and while i know that in a few months i'll be used to the map and i will remember where the spots are, now it's annoying having to open the map every time to mark the single area i wanna go to before going on the zipline.
So, on my quest 3s that worked completely fine for the past week, ever since this morning when i run steam link normally i get an almost fully pink graph, aka dropped frames afaik.
Then i try ALVR and i get no pink lines but i get a lot of latency (like 6ms out of 8ms or something, which is much higher than it was before iirc) and stutters, moving my head too fast makes everything jittery.
Then i try SteamVR through VD and then i get a normal latency but a lot of red and yellow on the graph.
And airlink just kinda sucks, like it ain't SUPER bad but it isn't even close to how smooth Steam Link worked yesterday.
How the fuck does every option give me a different issue. EVERYTHING WAS WORKI
Yesterday night everything was fine, this morning (i've been troubleshooting for the last 6 hours) my new Quest3s always lags and stutters when trying to connect it with both SteamVR and AirLink.
My specs:
7800X3D
RX 7900XT
32Gb DDR5 corsair CL30 6000MHz ram
I've updated my drivers, my BIOS, restarted my PC multiple times, tested for file integrity and tested SteamVR on my brother's laptop and even on there i get the same problem so it's almost certainly the headset's issue.
My GPU driver has been last updated 3 weeks ago and i got the headset a week ago, meaning it can't be that.
To be fair, i only used SteamVR so far and tried AirLink only today but that also has a bunch of proble
