I don't think I've seen this brought up anywhere, and it was something that I really got stuck thinking on when I first read WS.
In one of the few times we see Sophara's point of view, it was specifically mentioned how she was keeping Ekeri's remnant in her void key, and that she'd been feeding it and treating it with love. I think, if I recall correctly, that she mentioned planning to make it like part of the family?
So, of course, now that Lindon has her void key, he would have this remnant in his possession.
Since there is already Dross and Little Blue, I doubt that he would keep another 'pet', but I feel like it wouldn't have been brought up in the novel without a reason. I actually
