2021 Jeep, when I connect to the TWO+ and click on the CarPlay icon on the UConnect touchscreen everything works great.

If I change the focus on the touchscreen, such as going FM radio, CarPlay disconnects and the UConnect screen reverts back to the phone being directly connected via Bluetooth without any CarPlay function.

I have to click the button on the TWO+ to reconnect and which back to the CarPlay icon on UConnect.

Is this expected? Does a wireless CarPlay connection timeout if it doesn’t have focus on the touchscreen?

First time AAWireless user, just got my TWO+ in the mail and experiencing my first issue.

I’m connecting to a 2021 Jeep with CarPlay, and best I can tell the car maintains power to the USB ports for ~1 hr after the engine is turned off AND the USB ports appear to power up at random times when the car has not been on for an extended period of time.

The end result is my phone disconnects from WiFi (thus using LTE for whatever bandwidth intensive thing I may be doing) and pauses whatever media is playing. This appears to happen fairly often, maybe every 1.5-2hrs.

The Meltdown post made me realize that I’m currently in an environment (consultant) where Windows machines were never patched for any of the speculative CPU vulns. I realize it’s been several years, but what’s the best approach for patching these?

I recall performance issues being a concern with patches.

I’ve got a six figure chunk of money sitting in a savings account making next to no interest. I need to invest it clearly and have been putting it off for far too long.

With the current market convince me why I shouldn’t hold out a bit longer and time the market.

Considering evaluating Defender/Defender ATP on desktops and servers. For desktops we already use InTune, so I assume InTune policy would assist for managing the agent.

How do servers work? InTune isn’t meant for servers and we don’t have nor have any desire for SCCM.

Does Defender know to report threats to the O365 endpoint dashboard? What about managing policy?
