I'm a little behind on my podcast backlog, so I'm only just listening to 244: Just a Game-Ass Game in which Vinny throwaway commented that GTAIV could probably 'come in an empty box with a launcher and people will still buy it'.

Vinny: he knows things.

I have four fruit crates of Beano comics (regular Beano, Beano Max and fun-sized Beanos) from the 2000s-2010s that I'd like to give to someone who could make better use of them. I don't particularly want to sell them, and would really love it if they went to kids who could really enjoy them. I could recycle them but it seems a bit of a waste.

I thought maybe a children's ward would appreciate them but it looks like OUH Charities (understandably) only takes monetary donations. Does anyone know of anywhere that might like to take them?

I hope the question makes sense, I am not a bridge player!

My partner is an experienced bridge player but has played solely in the US and on BBO and is now looking to play in the UK at a club. My understanding is that there are different bidding conventions between the two countries, and it will take a little time to learn them.

Her birthday is coming up and I'd like to surprise her. Are there any books or resources available that might help with learning the UK conventions? I've looked up a few titles but can't tell which system is which.

I was wondering what guns the Rangers use against the Hiss? They don't look particularly modern (as expected, what with the technological restrictions in the Oldest House), but I'm not at all conversant in firearms and have no idea where to start looking to figure it out. Does anyone know?

I'm working on Langston's side mission. I thought I'd dealt with the moving letter just inside the doors to Dead Letters, but I've come back since and there's another one at the top of the stairs, just chilling.

It seems to be half stuck in the floor, just hanging out and not doing much aside from doing the whole mournful wailing thing. I thought maybe I needed to clear out some Hiss before it would do what moving letters do (mainly move), but I just keep getting endlessly respawning Hiss and an depressed piece of post that's very reluctant to hustle anywhere.

On the plus side, I finally got the 'kill 50 dudes without dying' achievement, so there's that. I've tried fast travelling elsewh

Asking for some real health insurance 101 advice.

A close relative, who lives in the US, needs to undergo a serious cardiac procedure and will be out of action for a while. He'll need help with a number of things, including dealing with his insurance company.

We're based in the UK and have no familiarity with the US system. We're aware that there are certain things that will be approved by his insurance company, and certain things that won't, but that's pretty much all we know. We'll find his paperwork as soon as we can, but if anyone can help with the following, we'd be incredibly grateful:

  1. Is there someone specific at the hospital who we should be put in contact with ie someone wh

A few weeks ago, a Fate of Atlantis-related quest appeared in my quest list. I hadn't been paying attention to news about FoA, so was a bit surprised at the extra content but earmarked it to play later as I had some things I wanted to finish off (endlessly running after seals for Lysander and Demosthenes).

I haven't purchased a season pass for DLC yet, and was thinking about doing so. During my research, I realised that Fate of Atlantis was DLC. I've checked my account, and I don't have a season pass already. I bought a limited edition version of the game that didn't include a season pass...so how the heck do I have Fate of Atlantis? I'm very confused.

With the weather warming up, it's become clear that my very comfortable and waterproof jacket is unfortunately too big and heavy for regular use.

I'm in the market for a decent women's jacket (textile or leather is fine), but could do with some recommendations for sites or manufacturers who cater for large chest sizes. I'm constantly running up against issues with stuff either not going around my chest, or fitting up top but looking like a circus tent below, which is especially a challenge with fabrics that don't have a lot of give in them. My current jacket is a men's jacket, which is fine for the colder months when I need insulation, but is too much for warmer weather.

Any suggestions?

I'm looking to change to a new dental surgery within the ring road. Anyone got any recommendations for places? Somebody with experience of implants would be a real bonus.

Thanks!

We have lived in our property for 5+ years. The previous owners have been poor about updating their addresses, and we still get post for them from time to time.

Two weeks ago, one of the previous owners received a notice of enforcement and termination from O2 (the envelope was torn so we could see the contents). Concerned that we might start getting bailiffs at the door, I called O2 to inform them that the lady no longer lived at our address. They asked me to open the letter and provide them with the woman's mobile number so they can call her and ask her to change her address, which I did.

O2 called her, made the request, and advised me to ring them back if we received more letters. They
