1. how long did it take to build a full caseload?

2. how long did it take to build a business/caseload that financially provided what you want and felt "comfortable" (if different from #1) ?

3. how long did it take to transition to only working your own practice (eg did you work multiple jobs while building?)? How did you make that transition?

4. how long before you hired staff? If you didn't hire, why?

5. did you ever step back into a more managerial role (doing less or no direct therapy) - if so how long to this point?

Alright folx - I'm so tired of smaller dildos meaning skinnier dildos, my sweet spot for length is 5in (5.5in is fine) and the usual 1.2-1.4in diameter (3.77-4.4in circumference) just doesn't do it for me at this length. Okay I'm still relatively new to this whole "severe allergy" and asthma thing - I just got diagnosed (dust mites are the worst culprit), but since then I have cleaned everything I've gotten covers for all of my bedding, I've used an allergen spray in my spaces. I've been cleaning and dusting regularly. I have a new antihistamine that my doctor recommended but nothing seems to be working. I still cannot breathe every night I wake up unbelievably congested. Any tips? Is it my tissues? I'm still reacting to my bedding? Something else?

I'm on my mobile hotspot (MintMobile), I'm on my personal computer (no IT manager...I am logged into my business account on Chrome but I'm the business owner and haven't set any restrictions through google workspace?), so I have not idea what this is or where it came from.

The only other recent changes are I connected Canva/Facebook/Instagram for social media purposes and needed to change a setting on Instagram to allow for future activity to be accessed by outside sites...? any help anyone?
