For a couple of days now I can't report or commend people post game. The message that pops up says It's too late to submit player feedback for this match. I press commend as soon as the match ends, the disconnect button appears and I got to the main scoreboard. Anyone else have this problem?

###Build Help/Ready:

Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)

Yes I have.

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

The intended use is for a gaming pc for competitive games like SC2, Dota2 and CSGO. Maybe more intensive games in the future.

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)

Looking to play at medium to high settings at 60 fps, anything more would be awesome.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

My current build is at 750, if I can get to 700 without cutting to many corners that would be amazing.
