I teach college, but I still like to incorporate teacher bits, and I know several K-12 teachers who do as well.
Sometimes I’ll use random wheel spinners. Or when a student says they don’t know I ask “what would you say if you did know?” I’ve seen a teacher make a point to randomly take the cap off a pen throughout class (it makes a satisfying pop sound).

I’m just curious what exactly that looks like. Are there particular methods for making it work? What is a “typical” class day like? How do you prompt them in a way that feels more like a dialogue rather than an interview?

I (34F) don’t even know where to start right now. I am aware that many neurodivergent folks tend to get into kink because of the clear communication, routines, and sensory stimulation. Personally, I’m trying to figure out what might be something to try because I want to explore, but I also experience a lot of sensory overwhelm and emotional sensitivity.

I don’t know how to get over feelings of awkwardness and cringe. I have a difficult time even saying benign sexual words to my BF…at the same time, I need something more intense before I can feel any arousal at all. I don’t think I like a lot of kissing and foreplay. I don’t think I can get aroused until penetration actually starts.
