The pattern we keep hearing: EMs either justify $40+/user for a tool their team uses 20% of, or they inherit Slack channels + scripts + a shared doc that nobody trusts.

We built the middle ground - incidents, on-call scheduling, escalations, postmortems. Slack-native, no enterprise bloat.

What EMs tell us they actually need: fair rotations that don't burn people out, postmortems that get written, visibility without being in every incident, and something they can actually get budget approved for.

Looking for a few engineering teams as design partners - 3 months free, no credit card. Direct access to me (the founder) to shape the roadmap. I want honest feedback, not testimonials.

Good fit

We just launched an on-call and incident management platform and we're giving it away free for 3 months to early teams willing to give feedback.

Why we built this:

Most teams are either paying $40+/user for tools that do too much, or duct-taping Slack channels + scripts + spreadsheets + PagerDuty together. We built the middle ground - one tool that handles incidents, on-call scheduling, and escalations without enterprise bloat or the price tag.

What's live today:

  • Incident lifecycle (create → triage → resolve)
  • On-call scheduling with rotations and overrides
  • Deep Slack integration (slash commands, auto-channels, escalations)
  • Integrations: Datadog, Prometheus, CloudWatch, c

Hi all,

Most teams manage on-call through spreadsheets or whatever tool someone signed us up for years ago. I wanted something in the middle - quick, visual, no login wall.

So I built this: https://runframe.io/tools/oncall-builder

What it does:

- Primary/secondary layers

- Unique Link you can share with team/PDF export

- Matching type - sequential, low burnout etc

We've seen rotations that burn people out - too few people, no backup, terrible handoffs. Tried to capture what actually works.

It's free, no signup. Happy if it helps anyone planning their next rotation. Feedback welcome, or just use it and delete your spreadsheet.

Following up on my previous post, GLM 4.6 has now started overriding changes. For example, when you make changes in sequence without committing every small change, it overwrites the previous change when applying the new one. It completely ignores all the guideline MD files and, when asked, gives gaslighting replies such as:

“I haven't undone any changes! The error message you're seeing (“File has been modified since read, either by the user or by a linter”) indicates that the file was modified externally, likely by: 1) an automatic formatter (like Prettier) that ran in your editor, 2) a Typ

Been building PitSync on the side - an AI-powered car manager to track costs, renewals, and ownership. It’s not a huge success yet, but it feels like one - because two weeks ago it made its first bit of money 💰. That gave me more satisfaction than my full-time job.

Today it launched on Product Hunt: PitSync. Sitting around #20 right now. Small win, but feels big.
