I live within an apartment complex and walk my dogs daily. This last July I was taking my dog for a walk on the apartment grounds when I hear an electrical crackling noise. I look over and see a woman start walking down the stairs from her 3rd floor apartment, and make the connection that the noise I heard was a taser. It doesn't seem like a big deal to me at the time.
As I am going around a bend on the sidewalk, I yield to a white man walking the opposite direction as I am going, and I move off to the grass to give him space. I then realize the woman, a 20s to 30s black female, is talking to her phone and pointing the camera at us. She is muttering things like
This is a little complicated. I work as a contractor working for a large tech company on-site at their location. My subsection doesn't have a specific work area designated to us so we basically just find places to settle down and turn into what would amount to a mobile work station.

Since the release of RoTW I decided to come back to Diablo II from a long hiatus (burnt out from 6 months + farming for a Death's Web that doesnt exist). Single Player only now, and have played since original D2 Launch.
I've found these Heralds are so damn inconsistent with their spawning. I am lucky to get one per act after clearing every elite pack in every area/dungeon, and sometimes they spawn back to back within screens of each other.
I spent the entirety of my three day weekend farming terror zones to see how they compare to just farming Andy/Meph. I've done several multi-Entire Act Terrorzones to ensure several Level 2+ Heralds spawn to see what their loot looks like and get an att
