in light of me dying of expenses, i am opening my 2br apartment (spare bedroom) to anyone looking for a place to rent. location is salapan, san juan (5min walk to LRT2 J. Ruiz)

quick info:

- rent is 15k monthly. i’m only charging 5k/mo with 1+2 terms. im charging lower because i will not allow visitors of any kind
- ideally we split utilities 60/40 (normally around 5k/mo including electricity, water, and internet) but this is subject to change depending on the tenant’s setup (such as wfh etc)
- roommate agreement will be provided
- the house is open for ocular visits on weekends but pls schedule in advan

- day shift/regular working hours
- knows how to pick up/ clean up after
