I purchased my X5 about a month ago and didn't get windshield protection. I am reconsidering my decision and understand that a protection plan purchased at any dealer is available to use across all BMW service departments.
Does anyone have a preferred dealer or servicer that has a good deal on one of these plans? Thank you in advance!

Delivery in the app currently estimates 3-4 weeks but has anyone in a similar area, or spec, had any variance to this? Also trying to sell another car to Carvana, so trying my best to estimate the process from my end.

Anyone who’s scheduled for week 38 or later moved past 111 yet? (USA)
I was a day 1 order in TX (paid the deposit through Stripe on Day 1) and got a production number around May 22. I was recently told that my production week is estimated to be Week 38, and that my current status is 111. I can see my car in myGarage after entering the production number in.
A couple days ago, my dealer told me that I had not verified the order (which I believe that I did) and that I had to go in and verify that. I tracked the verification email down and it hit an error saying 'The customer details or model code are not matching with the order'
About an hour after this, they sent me a new verification email, after saying they changed the order to 'P1 Status' and t
First of all super excited for everyone who is receiving a “scheduled for production” or “production begins” status. That’s so exciting!
What weeks are yall getting that? My rep said I’m scheduled for production week 38 and my status still shows “order received”. Is that expected?

Thoughts on the new iX5? How do you think it compares to the iX3? Anyone wished they had waited?
For those of you who contacted BMW, what exactly did you ask them when you contacted them around a production week or date? Did you use the automated service or talk to someone?
