Ontario, Canada here. I have a question. I moved out a month ago. Scrubbed the place shiny clean before I left. Fridge, toilets, showers, literally everything was cleaned. The building manager emailed me the last day asking for a walkthrough but I was already moved out.
They have now sent me a bill trying to collect $5400 for fixes they had to do in our apartment.
Any advice on how I fight this? There was nothing beyond normal wear and tear (a few anchors in the walls) that we left. I emailed her back the same day saying I had handed my keys back and to get in contact with me if they need anything else and then never heard from them again until now.
Thanks.
I have a new wrestling team in Ontario for my high school. I’ve been offered a space with cement walls on two sides, and windows on the other. The space is 52’x30’ before we run into a beam on the 4th wall. My mats are 42’x42’.
We currently practice in an open gym but are being asked to store the mats elsewhere, which everyone here I’m sure knows is a huge hassle before / after practice.
It’s definitely long enough, but the width is between windows on one side, and a beam on the other side that cuts off the room.
My questions is: would you take the room? Does anyone have recommendations?
Does anyone know of any legalities I might run into with it?

I’m just curious what everyone here thinks of my situation and any input is more than welcome.
I’ve been hunting this area for the last few years and it seems my ratio of bucks to does is way out of whack. So this year I saw 2 bucks and 18 does. The does would come as a herd and also as individuals and mother/ yearling pairs.
I’ve changed the spot in this area of bush every year, and every year I’ve set up high in a tree on a crossroads where multiple game trails meet. Wind is usually in my favour, and I sit probably 15-20 days a year. I’ll hunt beginning of bow season, to December if I haven’t gotten anything. There is always a rub or scrape nearby (I’m usually just in bow range of the
Based on the teeth, does anyone have a good estimate of how old this deer was?
