Guys, I got a practonium but idk if I want to use it to craft LH cannon or save the money and then focus on upgrading/trascend 315 HG cannon. wich one you guys think is better? assuming 315 HG weapons will be relatively easy to get

Hi, I read that after the big update, attributes will be reset and returned as attribute points or something like that. My question is, can I just level up for example cannon blast and cannon shot enhance both at lvl50 and then use those 100 invested levels to get cannon blast at lvl 100?

If there is nothing like that, can you link me the changes in attributes? I cant find the info.
