I want to be able to do things like have a female sim sleep topless, or let sims skinny dip without being covered by a giant pixelated square. But I'm NOT interested in anything WickedWhims has to offer besides this (no shame, just not my jam).

I think it was from the PC version of Battle for Bikini Bottom, or maybe Spongebob Squarepants Typing or a similar early 2000s game, but I can't find a clip of it anywhere online.
I remember booting up the game, a nondescript screen would appear, and Spongebob's voice went "hehehehe... what ever" in a really sassy voice. Then the menu screen would pop up.
