So, I was up against a repossession deadline and I found a highly reviewed attorney, but they are high volume. It went well in the meeting but my payment is massive. Much more than i estimated and I feel its setting me up to default.

One issue is the averaging, which i understand is the law, but months on a 4 week paycheck cycle leaves a 600 dollar gap. I've also brought to their attention some real world expenses.

This lawyer, while being very responsive, is shooting down everything. He is being so inflexible, cold, uncaring. Things I feel are legitimate annual expenses that are above the IRS limits.

I have no had my confirmation yet, its in October. Has anyone ever had an "oh shit"

I just filed chapter 13 because our income is over the median. We make about 167K. I had no choice but to file because of dumb decisions made out of panic and fear. Two lawsuits and a potential vehicle repossession. I know what we did wrong, and I want to fix it. There is no way we’d get out of debt without chapter 13, we’d be paying for 10 years.

My post is really more emotional than factual. I’m struggling really hard with the reality of the absolute mess I’ve made of my family’s lives for the next 5 years. Missing out on activities, vacations, other things. My wife is struggling too with what our two kids are going to miss out on in a very important time of their lives (

I’m a systems engineer with 12 years experience in IT at the Enterprise level. I manage systems used by over 35K employees. I’m looking to make a change. I haven’t applied for a job in a long time.

My question is around job boards, postings, recruiters in the north DFW area. Do people just use the regular job websites? Or is there something new or better out there I may not be aware of.

They are such classless assholes. This game just proves it. Taking time to just scream in someone’s face is so classless and trash I can’t root for this or Paraguay or any other of these “dark arts” assholes.

Hello all, I’m coaching a U13 team. It’s a young team and some new players. What are the best drills to get these boys to play positions? I got forwards in the back, right defenders all the way on the left, etc. I’m struggling over here. It’s a rec team but I don’t want to get crushed every game.
