I've been taking 75mg per day for about 2 years, F21. Slowly I've noticed that I can't self-lubricate down there. There's some lubrication when I'm really aroused, but even then it's not nearly enough. Otherwise - I'm dry. It's making me insecure and uncomfortable with my partner (he's supportive tho).

I'm wondering if anyone else is dealing with this side effect. What do you do to increase self-lubrication?

Currently I'm not open to lowering the dose :(. Also I am aware that it could be other factors that decrease lubrication, but I strongly believe it's a side effect of the meds.

I have an account, but I can't receive the message for the verification code and bind my phone number. I tried to do it through settings and by trying to comment. My internet connection is stable, I checked that my country's phone number (?) and my actual number are correct. I also have my SIM card in my device. First time I asked for the verification code was two days ago and last time was about an hour ago. Have tried resending multiple times, I even exceeded the daily amount.

I believe it's a male second gen K-pop song. It has this raspiness to it that makes me think of old block b (or maybe it's a song by them).

Basically the song chorus or a part around the chorus goes like "drink oh yeah oh yeah a drink, a drink". The song is raspy and almost like robotic or distorted,but only slightly. I don't think it says drink, but it sounds like that and I think the word is Korean all together. The way the melody goes kinda reminds me of the groups K-pop song 그림자 from 2.41-2.44.

Really love the smooth almost jazzy sound of the song rain drop by NCT 127. Does anyone know if there is a more specific and narrow genre than K-pop to describe it and its sound? Would love to find more music similar to it. Thanks!

I took plan b for the first time on the 14th of October. I got my period from the 5th to 9th of October. Then after plan B I had it from 19th to 23rd. I thought my cycle would have normalised, but I got it once again on the 28th.

This is scaring me. For many years I have a regular cycle and never experienced anything like this before.

How normal is it and when will I be normal again?

I'd like to use both runes and the cross symbol for protection, but I am not sure if those two can be mixed together. Can I use them both?
