Hi all, I'll be finishing up base building over the summer with a half marathon in a few weeks. I've been running 5 days a week: Mon - Rest, Tues - Sub-T, Wed - Easy, Thurs - Easy, Fri - Sub T, Sat - Rest, Sun - Long Run (sometimes + sub-t intervals or steady race pace sections). After my race, I'll have a couple reverse taper weeks to use as a transition from 5 to 6 days. What I'm thinking is: Mon - Sub-T, Tues - Easy, Wed - Sub-T, Thurs - Easy, Fri - Sub-T, Sat - Rest, Sun - Long Run.

Would having the long run back-to-back with a sub-t on Monday be safe? Typically my long runs are easy/recovery pace and at minimum 90 min. I'm training for a marathon after the half marathon so eventually i

I've been looking for vintage Citizen Cosmotron and I found this eBay shop that sells a bunch of vintage Citizen and Seiko watches. They have 100% positive feedback. But then I see they're located in Pakistan and I've seen a lot of comments on Reddit that most stuff out of Pakistan is either fake or frankenwatches. So I'm wondering if anyone has ever purchased from them and if what they received was 100% authentic.

Bilt's new ACH-based housing payments ran for the first time at the start of March and I'm trying to figure out the best way to account for them in YNAB. For context, here is how these payments seem to flow:

  1. ACH from bank to Bilt
  2. ACH from Bilt to housing payment destination (rent portal, mortgage account, etc.)

If I enter this into YNAB as above, the "transfer" to Bilt gets counted as a CC payment and thus removes the funds from the CC payment funds, so then those funds are no longer "set aside" for the expected CC payment which would include this housing payment.

So to get around this, I entered this payment as a direct ACH from my bank to my mortgage and then added a credit and de

There is a restaurant called Muguboka in the Inner Richmond in SF that we used to frequent when we lived there. It is more of a home style restaurant serving pretty standard Korean dishes to order with my (and my son's) favorite being their japchae. It was more sweet and peppery than any japchae I've had so far in LA and I'm still in search of something similar. Have any of you been to Muguboka? And if so, do you know of any places around LA that might have japchae similar to this?

I usually make it in a 8 oz glass w/ a double shot, ~4 oz milk and about 2 oz of ice hence total ~6 oz of liquid. I've been calling it an iced cappuccino because it's about the same ratio of espresso to milk that id pour for a hot cappuccino, but since there's no foam involved would this simply be a latte?
