Just recently my dota 2 has been having lagging issues, as in the top right it is clearly not do with FPS and it isn't anything to do with my internet connection. I also have reinstalled dota 2 and verified game cache / files. Please any suggestions are welcome.

At the start of the year I was working for Company A. This company is the 2nd largest in the world in what it does and can do wonders for my progression in the industry, as well as I enjoyed the people I worked with. My contract ran out at the beginning of the pandemic in April and they did not extend due to lockdown and its effect on the business.
I found a job soon after for Company B, very small in comparison to Company A, and I have been working remotely. I have learnt a lot more about the industry with Company B, due to my role being more broad due to the size of the company.
With a second wave imminent (A high spike in recorded cases today, highest since end of May), would it be too
