I started a new save yesterday and the default skin I use (Vanilla by Luumia) appears to be projected onto the Sim above their clothes/hair mesh. see (NSFW) pictures here

the issue is confined to this Sim in particular and I suspect it might be a glitch related to the pronoun update since this Sim uses they/them. has anyone else experienced this issue?
