Got a 2018 Prius recently and I've noticed when I start the vehicle the climate control takes about 45 seconds to become active. The Auto light will be illuminated but none of the controls work

I've seen similar posts but with no solution

Any ideas?

I've been to a lot of concerts and festivals throughout the years and T-Pain and GD gotta be in the top 5 performances I've witnessed

My hood is closed. Need it open. The latch does not open it. Tried YouTube videos, would only work if I could elevate my vehicle but I'm stuck in a parking lot and trying to do it myself
