What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

I stream game development using Unity, Visual Studio, OBS, and a few smaller programs to make my life easier (Chatty, StreamLabels, and VoiceMeter). I mainly do 2D development, but do plan to look into 3D. By then I should be able to afford to upgrade parts, especially my RAM.

Outside of this, I do play the odd game. Nothing major, typically small indie games. If I can play any of the major games with my build, or within my budget, then bonus. But I'm not specifically looking to do that.

Gaming, pref high quality. I play Skyrim, Software Inc, and have plans to pick up the new Mount and Blade: Bannerlord.

Most of the time though, I stream game development. I use OBS, Unity, and a couple of other small pieces of software (StreamLabels, AnkhBot, GitHub Desktop, etc.)

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)

60fps minimum at high/ultra settings.
