Title. Couldn't really find what I'm looking for so I need some help. Engineer's armor templates suck and I need that gunner bomber jacket.

Bought him a month ago because I really liked the mechanics and the color palette, I'm yet to find a working build that isn't shotgun. all the tutorials are really outdated by now, does anyone have any tips? I'm not in the know concerning the meta, is he simply weak right now or am I doing something wrong? he seems to be relatively strong for like 3 days in the midgame and for the rest of the run he seems completely lackluster. burn, poison and friend builds fall off extremely hard, crit builds come through once in a while but it's a gamble and I'm yet to make max hp work. don't even get me started on the masks. if anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate your help!

basically the title. I'm 500 hours in and still fluctuating between alchemist and arcanist. I feel like I'm improving but not really climbing, how many hours did it take you to go past alchemist?

tried to make a full psychic build with the strongest spells that i could find but i can only cast like 2 per turn before getting destroyed. did i make a bad call by building into crossbows?

installed the downgrade and the mod, launched the game which opened in windowed mode for some reason. tried to set it to fullscreen, to which my pc went "your device has encountered an issue and needs to reebot". now I can't change any display settings, my resolution is messed up and I can't change the screen brightness. what the hell actually happened? rebooting and uninstalling the game and the mod did not help, wtf do I do?

I started learning in November with overall average performance, had my first test in march which I almost passed and got my hopes up. the last 2 attempts were horrific, I'm not even making any mistakes, I just get nervous and scared and ignore instructions. for the last couple of days I cry myself to sleep for several hours and my chest hurts everytime I think about it, and it's gonna be like that until I inevitably fail again. I'm so ashamed of myself because my poor father is working so hard to pay for all of this and it just doesn't matter no matter how hard I try. I really want to punish myself somehow and I don't really want to go into detail about what I do to myself but it obviously

To preface this, I play on EU, so my experience might differ but I don't imagine it's that different on NA.

That said, I'm so tired of everyone saying that you can effortlessly climb to oracle (or higher) if you have a basic understanding of the game and bringing down others for being "low elo".

Sometimes low elo matches actually do have clueless players, you're guaranteed to have at least 2-3 guys with a negative k/d by the end of the game, but I've seen people who are just as clueless in oracle+ gameplay, so I don't really see how that tracks, maybe they're just having a one-off bad game.

So let's get to the point: both youtube and this subreddit are full of "advice" for low elo play

everytime I lane against drifter he deals insane damage early game, as in no items lvl 1. then after 1-2 items he starts being an absolute beast and shreds my health like it's nothing. everytime i try to play drifter I lose every early trade despite hitting every shot, then fall off even farther and feed all game, what am I doing wrong?

So I've recently started trying out wraith, I really like the design and the general vibe of the character, I like the items she builds and try to do my best, but I've noticed that I barely do any hero damage in my games, it's usually two times less than my teammates' damage. Anyone able to watch a replay of a game of mine to tell me what I'm doing wrong? Off topic tips appreciated, thanks in advance <3

I really want to get better at this but I don't know how. Seems like no matter what I do I can't stop losing the vast majority of my games. I already watched all the guides, i'm always ahead on farm, I'm usually top K/D, and yet It's not enough.

I've been playing this game for around 3 weeks and have played around 120 games so far. My rank is initiate 4 and all of my games follow 2 scenarios:
- I lane against some sort of insane stack from hell like abrams and graves and get CC'd to death several times in the first five minutes even if I hug the tower, fall off in farm and feed throughout the game. Trying to avoid them leads to me not killing waves and falling off in farm.
