I have a MPC and a Machine and I love them because the sample quality is just so great and the programs and so perfectly assembled. But I don't like integrating them because I don't get the grid layout natively that i get in FLStudio. I understand I can wire them all up via MIDI but it is a lot of work and I'd rather ditch the hardware devices and invest in a nice quality sample pack and use FLStudio the way it was designed to be used.

Can anyone recommend a high quality large sample library for FL Studio? I don't mind forking out for it.

Apple is suffering that very same thing in their main subreddit. This subreddit is modeled after r/realtesla - which is to allow the fan boys and the naysayers equal ground to to be heard.

I'm trying to decide on the best wall-mounted tablets for my home. I plan to buy one for every room, so I want to make sure I settle on the right device.

• Fire HD 10 is a beautiful and reasonably priced beast, but it's hard to find a good housing for it. Amazon's site makes it hard to find anything for mounting it, because they don't want you mounting it. They want it on your lap, so Bezos can directly interface with your genitals.

  • Pros: Reasonably priced, beautiful display
  • Cons: Pain in the ass to convert to kiosk because Bezos

• Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite seems like it may be a little more pricey, but at least it's not super hard to get it into kiosk

So speech to text technology has reached a point now where it can pretty much understand like a human does. Check out the transcription OpenAI can do on the old MicroMachines commercial: https://openai.com/blog/whisper/

I've been thinking about doing this for a while now. Not sure why it would be cool, but it might be cool to be able to search through the archives with text keywords. Like tell me all the segments where they mentioned Kim Kardashian. Or every mention of Jack Junior, etc.etc...

The end result would be text transcription of every segment, think of all the fun stuff we could do with that.

It would be a big undertaking. Is anyone willing to help - or fund such a big proje

I finally decided I wanted to take full control of my home automation and stop relying on HomeKit, etc... and it's a great experience getting everything configured. I'm really really happy with everything I've done so far, but...

now that this home assistant instance is on my network, I've just noticed a lag on all my sensors. HomeKit and Hue and everything else just seem... bogged.... is there something I might have done wrong?
