I have an ongoing installment with Metrobank and gusto ko na bayaran ng buo. Gusto ko lang malaman kung pwede bang bayaran ko na yung full amount ng item via advanced payment kumpara sa tawagan pa yung CS to terminate given na may pre-termination fee pa.
Anong pinagkaiba?
Hello guys medyo naguluhan na ako kasi paiba-iba nababasa ko, please help. So I joined my current company last September 2022, then yung company ko now sabi need daw magfile ng ITR, so binigay nila yung consolidated na 2316, wala naman tax due.
Salamat

Hello everyone, I've been working in recruitment for the last 4 years and I wanted to switch to something more technical but I don't want to 'abandon' my skills by switching to another domain (Software development). I see that there are HR System Admin roles out there which is more focused on the implementation/support of these systems but how can someone get into this line of work?
Any advice is greatly appreciated
Hello, nagkafinance charge ako sa PNB Zelo ko, already called CS and sabi nila nalate posting yung payment and for reversal na sa next statement. Need ko pa ba bayaran yung finance charge this due date or hahayaan ko na lang at kusang mawawala?
Anyone na naka-experience na?
Hello everyone, I'm currently working for a global company under the recruiting team and wanted to know if you have any suggestions on where I can look for profiles/CVs for the following regions?
Sweden/Belgium/Denmark
LinkedIn seems to work most for Denmark but very low response rate from Sweden/Belgium. Added to the fact that what we're looking for talents with language requirements.
Belgium (Dutch and French).
**my previous experience is in APAC (HK and SG) so this is a new territory for me.
Thanks a lot!
I'm currently studying MySQL and came across this problem where I'm having the most trouble solving.
The preceding questions is a lot easier as starting characters like yung need i-check. So I just used multiple LIKE functions to cross out vowels ("A%", "E%","I%","O%","U%",). Now I think I can do the same pero it would be lengthy as I need to manually check each pair (A-A, A-E, so on).
Are there any functions where I can enclose 5 wildcards in one statement instead of using LIKE for each one?
Appreciate if someone can tell me if I'm going towards the right direction, if not maybe you can give me a hint and I'll be glad to research further.
Thank you
UPDATE: I'm done solvin
Yesterday, I had a thought: What if I suddenly lost my job? I then came to a realization. I've been fortunate to work for great employers, which I sometimes take for granted.
In my first job as a recruiter in a BPO, I recall it being sobrang dikdikan when we had to dial and call over 100 candidates each day, do regular OTs, and occasionally work on the weekends. If my memory serves me well, I worked a 29-hour shift from Friday at 10 a.m. to Saturday at 3 p.m. only to get ready for my first event.
Given that I was raised in poverty, the compensation was respectable (20,000/month), my coworkers were wonderful, and I was delighted with my work despite the role being quite demanding, Akala ko
I just want to share my story since nareach ko na yung milestone ko for this year.
I'm 23, psych grad and have little over 3 years experience working in Recruitment. I was raised by a solo parent na <10k ang sweldo monthly, kaya medyo mahirap ang buhay. Nakapagtapos ako because of scholarships. After graduation fortunately I landed a job sa isang BPO company as a recruiter. I was very happy sa offer nilang 20K pero as I grew within the company I realized that there's no growth so I decided to resign to find better opportunities.
I landed my 2nd role in an RPO, when they asked for my expected pay I told the recruiter it's up to them (my first mistake, I should have known how to to nego)
