My daughter is about to turn 2 years old. At 7 months (after a period of gentle sleep training) she was able to fall asleep by herself, and that has mostly continued beautifully ever since. A few wobbles, but 99% of the time, naps and bedtime, she could be put down and she'd chill there alone until she was asleep.

About a month ago, she started waking every night and crying to come into my bed. "Big bed, big bed!" I gave in because, you know, tired desperation. I thought that was annoying enough, but at least she was starting the night in her cot and falling asleep independently.

For the last week though, she's completely refusing to be left alone. She stands up and sc

I took miso on Saturday 30th May. Had a good amount of bleeding and cramping that day, a couple of small clots, but not really as much as I expected. Continued to bleed lightly for the next week, then it's picked up again lately. The baby was only measuring 6 weeks though so I thought that might be reasonable.

I just took an early pregnancy test (16 days later) and it's a very strong positive. Basically a dye stealer, or at least equal to the test line.

Is this normal? I thought it would be a feint line. Should I prepare for the likelihood that the medication didn't fully work?

Based on ovulation tracking and my first positive pregnancy test, I'm probably 6+4 today. There's a chance I am 6+3, if I ovulated a day later and my first positive (which was vvvf) was at 8dpo. But I can't be earlier than 6+3.

At my scan today, they couldn't detect a heartbeat and I was told that the measurements are more like 5+6 or 6.

CRL: 3.0mm

Gestational sac mean: 9.3mm

Yolk sac: 3.1mm

These measurements, and no heartbeat at 6+3/6+4....I'm almost definitely facing a loss, right? Is there any hope at all?

Her notes say "it was difficult to see a heartrate clearly", which is kind of ambiguous but again, you'd want it to be clear by this stage...right?

Should I cut my losses with gold?

📈Investing discussion

I'm one of the unlucky sods who bought into gold (£500 worth) at the all time high. It's been mostly red since then, 3 months now, and I'm down £50.

Obviously I could continue waiting for it to rise, but I'm wondering if I might be better selling it, cutting my losses, and reinvesting into my EFT pie. I think that could make the money back more quickly than waiting.

Thoughts? Pleeeaase no snarky 'crystal ball' type comments. I'm just curious what you would do in my position.

We currently have 8 scheduled/recurring posts, and I'm finding it really annoying to edit these.

On mobile, I can edit all of them but this is completely limited to editing the post body. I can't edit the title or change the schedule timing.

On desktop, I can only edit the first 3 (ie, the next 3 scheduled posts). If I click 'show more', the rest of the posts appear in the first column, but not in the second column under 'details', which seems to be the only way you can edit.

So in short, I need to wait until each of the threads is within 3 days of appearing before I can edit it. Is this a glitch? Is there any way around it?

What are your favourite Madonna interviews? I'm not looking for silly/fun interviews, but "serious" ones where she talks about her life and career. I'd especially like to watch some that are 20+ minutes long. Can be from any era. Thanks!

Police visited my home yesterday, want to know what happens next

:ATP: :EAW: Ask the Police (England & Wales)

The police were called to my flat yesterday. My partner stupidly went on a drug binge overnight, lost all self control, and started screaming loudly for an extended period. I'm not surprised that the neighbours were concerned and called the police.

We have a one year old daughter, who thankfully slept through the whole thing. But she was home and obviously this shouldn't happen around her.

The policeman kept checking if I'm a victim of any abuse, which I'm not. However I did admit that my partner has "a bit of a problem with drink and drugs".

We were with Early Help, and had a Support Worker, last year because of this. The case is closed but it will be on my daughter's record.

I recently got a transaction of £250 paid into my current account from Trading212. Is this a setting I turned on and forgot about? I'm looking around the app and can't find anything. I don't want any money paid out of my ISA, so I want to turn it off if that's what's happening! Or am I getting some kind of bonus? Anyone know?
