Hello,
My 13 year old daughter has had trich since she was about 6. She goes through spurts of heavy picking and then times of none. Honestly she is incredible and handles it better than I could have imagined.
Lately she has asked to try therapy again for her anxiety and trich. I am wondering if anyone has had success with a certain type of therapy or if you can help me know which type of specialty I should be looking for!
