Hey everyone, thanks for your service. For someone coming out of Afghanistan around 2009, what would be the route for flights back to the states? Thanks so much for any of your help.

Hey everyone. I've transitioned over the years from an offline editor into an on-air promos position. Now unfortunately I have to do a lot of my own color correction haha. I do okay in a self taught sort of way, but would love to take a class on the principles on color correction for video and really step up my game.

If anyone has any suggestions thanks! Cost isn't an issue.

I just bought a Neo 2 and am loving it. The one I got though, the sticky part on the bottom that connects to the desk/table is warped so it slides a bit when I type. Anyone know where you can get replacement tabs? Thanks!

I’m currently smoking a Romeo Y Julieta - Cedros de Luxe No. 1 and this size to me is perfect. Anyone have suggestions of sticks to check out?

I feel like such an old person asking this question, but I feel like a lot of the medium roast third wave coffees I love have too high of a caffeine content for me. Anyone have a favorite bean that they brew that has a great taste but lower kick?

I have a graphic novel I completed a few years back that I want to self publish, I could revise for days in terms of story but just looking to release it now. So looking for a set of eyes to read over any errors, grammar etc that I can fix in type.

It's 113 pages, should be pretty simple/easy. PM me your rate and we can discuss. Thanks!

Edit:Position filled, thanks!

I enjoyed Fyre on my first viewing, it's got some great modern and moving filmmaking in it...but then I realized that the same people who marketed the fraud, were the people who made the documentary. Fyre Fraud seems a bit more objective, but with somewhat less access and a compelling but pretty pitiful and delusional interview by Billy who obviously still thinks he did nothing wrong.

Overall, both are fascinating looks into the world of conmen. Was just curious what all your thoughts were on it.

edit:A good article breaking down both posted by u/InSearchOfGoodPun https://www.theringer.com/movies/2019/1/15/18183308/fyre-festival-documentary-netflix-hulu-billy-mcfarland-pay

I'm a tv promo editor who designs my titles and graphics. I'm very lucky to be making my living doing this, but I feel like my design just isn't at the level, design and aesthetically of the staff designers and would love to work on closing that gap.

I take a school of motion course every quarter and that has been HUGE. Was wondering if any of you had any other classes and resources for someone in my situation. Thanks!
