From what I heard, the Oblivion remaster is visually rendered by Unreal Engine, but Bethesda's original engine is still inside working on and driving game mechanics, UE just wraps around it... in that vein, are the songs Neuro sings also twofold in the sense that there is a real human singing voice "inside" that dictates the flow and annunciation but it's "wrapped" on the outside by Neuro's vocal? Not a CS engineer so I doubt I'd understand any technical explanation but I wonder if this conceptual one is close to truth.
