Just got the game. I have a beefy pc (9800X3D, RTX 3070, 32GB DDR5 RAM, etc.) which is effectively better than a PS5 Pro.

Set my graphics to 3440x1440 (I have an ultrawide monitor) and tried setting AA to low, shadows to low, ambient occlusion off.

My GPU sounds like a jet engine lol. This is more taxing than Manor Lords with about 1/10th the graphical quality. Didn't think that was possible.

I've purchased dozens of Early Access games but this might be one of the worst contenders I've ever seen. Is there some magical way to make my GPU sound like it's not going to explode? I can't imagine this will get better when I get an actual base. I have 3 settlers for god's sake lol.

In game it says 'bleed base damage is a fixed proportion of your base damage' and that it can stack infinitely.

Then it doesn't state the following:

  • how much that fixed proportion is

  • how long it lasts

  • how fast it ticks (is it 1 proc per second?)

Anyone know? Game seems great so far but the tooltips leave much to be desired on explaining important game mechanics.

I only found gems on one or two runs.

Do you have to play a special class to find gems to socket into weapons?
