Our landlord just informed us he wanted to raise the rent by 2.5% beginning next month. We let him know that the required notice is 90 days which would put us into January 2026. The new maximum rate increase will be 2.1% in 2026 - in our thinking if the new rate actually implements in 2026 the maximum increase would have to be 2.1% and not the current 2.5% but hoping for any thoughts on this if anyone has dealt with a similar situation.

I must be doing something wrong... I'm having no luck getting loaders attached to the shipping pad. It builds them but always says 'no building' regardless of whether set to intake or outtake or which ports they're built on of the four on the end. Tried going by the arrows/belt directions on the pad itself but no difference. Trying to automate selling the transport bots and they won't go into the pad unless I manually drop them in the pad inventory. Pad is configured to sell the items from the pad to the station with the small cargo ships.

Am I missing something? I rebuilt the pad to try again and still no difference.

If the return to work order goes through and the previous collective agreement is reinstated and extended until May 2025, and no binding arbitration is being imposed does that mean there could be another strike at that point?

Can anyone point me to where / how configuration is stored? I've found a number of config files but none of them seem to hold anything graphic / UI related... not sure if there is an external config file. I'm trying to play with / increase UI scaling - even at 150% and 'auto-scale' checked off the UI is a little bit small for a 65" TV about 6' / 2 meters away from me.

It struck me, after rejecting most dogmas and doctrines that I'm slowly becoming a better me. I just had the 'bolt from the blue' moment where I realized a lot of this is unfolding in my life in two surprisingly powerful points that sum up how I want to live and grow.

  1. Be excellent to each other.

  2. Party on, dudes!

Just wanted to share the moment of profundity - it was an unexpected laugh for me.

They say salt is an excellent purifying agent or good for balancing or neutralizing negativity. You'd think the average modern diet would have sent the entire spirit world packing away from humanity by now.

Hello,

I just finished watching the 'God in the Hot Seat' videos and had a question that I'd be interested in hearing a response to. In the videos it was asked if everyone has spirit guides/a team and the response seemed to be affirmative. My first thought was to wonder how these teams interact in a family environment (My wife and I have 3 kids and I realized that's a lot of potential interaction) but then realized you'd probably need to have a little more context on how these teams work in someone's life given that most people are going to live their lives without any direct conscious knowledge of the spirit team to begin with. I guess it's more like 2 questions then: given that

I can't seem to find any other thread or comment about this, but I have an issue where I stop being able to shoot. It's not just shooting, per se, because sometimes using 'E' to pickup gets locked out and I have to keep pressing it/turning away and back. It seems to affect any number of devices (gun/grappler/winch ) so it's not just the specific button or key as it can happen to 'E', LMB, MMB etc. It's making combat more difficult when after firing a few shots the trigger becomes unresponsive and I have to keep clicking / moving and wait for it to start registering the fire button again. Reloading doesn't specifically reset the problem either. Anyone else run into this? I'm using mou

OK, so I never really do this.

ॐ <- I have no idea what this symbol means

I've been thinking about areas where I feel less... balanced, I guess. I realized I used to be a fairly creative type, mostly with writing, way back in my younger days. I've heard creativity is often a trait attached to the sacral chakra, which is also connected to balances of confidence and anxiety and connection to other people.

I'll admit that while I play fine with others, left to my own devices I just generally avoid company. I don't think there's anything wrong with that, per se, but I have to admit that I'm not always consistent in nourishing the connections I make and I realize I have some ways to grow in terms of considering others. While it's easy enough for me to go on littl
