so here's the thing. we launched traista thinking we'd just build a tool and people would use it. but we didn't think about the actual people who have to log stuff. the front desk at 2 am, the janitor who finds a wallet in the parking lot, the concierge who's already handling 50 things and doesn't have time to fill out another form. we thought the tool was the problem, but it's the process. we didn't realize how much of it is just not getting logged. like, we had this one airport that used our tool but had 3 different people logging found items, none of them talking to each other, and stuff was getting duplicated or lost in between. we thought we'd just build something that's easy to use, bu

How often do hotels play referee with guests fighting over EV charging spots. Had a situation in San Diego, but a non EV was parked in the spot. They eventually moved when confronted, but got a few unnecessary remarks from the truck owner.

Now I'm curious about the people on the other side of this — the ones actually running it day to day.
What does your process look like? Are you using anything, or is it still the clipboard?
And if you've tried software and it didn't stick — what killed it?
You can see it on https://traista.com.
There is a fairly good amount of people in need of retrieving sentimental value items, pets, and current options are not mobile friendly (a little biased)
Metrics are ok, but current users complain no one knows about the app, as it would be useful if it was somewhat known.
Crawling in organic growth, need funding for more advertising for true growth. We ran low budget campaigns, but ad network click fraud didn't lead to much growth.
Also seeking additional co-founders (tech and growth, seo/aso experience ). Help on tech with front end and back end.
I came up with it while on vacation with a friend. I am in need of critique, and help
