I have diagnosed ptsd and my boss and the owner of the company has an anger problem. After seeing verbal and emotional abuse against my co workers I wrote an email to my boss to document the problem. After which the abuse turned to include me. A month after i wrote the email I was berated in front of the team for making a mistake accompanied by fist slamming(agressive posturing). I needd to take the next day off to regualte and mitigate the symptoms of my ptsd. I wrote another email to my boss, the general manager and HR to file a complaint and included the previous email.
