I wanted to reach out to this community for any suggestions on a new router. I realize this is a commonly asked question and I did read through a bunch of the other posts, but still though this post would be helpful to me.

I've got a two story home (basement, main floor and upper floor) roughly 1200 sq' per floor. We have 250mb service that is run into the basement office. Currently I've got an older Linksys ea9500 running everything. It's been having issues that require constant reboots and so I've decided is time to replace it. At any given time we have around 25 or so devices connected. Lots of local and internet based streaming. Some gaming as well. I've also got a few wireless cameras.
