So earlier today was the first time ive really watched any of the amateur games, when i watched the NA play in matches. I knew Elementz had a semi-new team, and being a Curse fan, I was interested to see how they would do when i saw the days matchups. Picks/Bans start, and i go looking through the names to see if any are familiar and i see CHUMPJOHN! Not only did i get to watch him play, but my boy was curb stompin people! STK BABY!
I really hope you guys do well and manage to qualify for the relegation series for next season bro...would be awesome to get to watch my old guildie playing at the top level, especially on the same team with Mentz. If you guys make it to the relegation series,
I just finished watching Xpecial's blog, and I was dumbstruck the entire way through. You are on one of the most well known LoL teams in the world, just participated in the world championship, and you REALLY believe that your best course of action going forward is to put in less effort next season?! As a professional gamer, how could that choice even begin to sound rational or logical? Ive always been told that champions are champions not only because they are skilled, but they also have the HEART of a champion, and the will to never settle for second best. Your response to TSM's s3 results honestly leave me a little embarassed as an NA fan.
The ignore function is already in the game. Why not make it impossible to be que'd onto the same team as anyone who is currently on your ignore list? Obviously they would need to be on your list BEFORE going to champ select.
If you get stuck with a troll, you deal with it for one game and never have to worry about that person again as long as they remain on your list. Riot has already stated that they expect players to see a lot of the same faces repeatedly(in their own tier) once the new system is in place, so it seems like this would cut back on a lot of the dodging, and it would also leave the option of un-ignoring, if that person decided to change their ways later down the road.
