I'm trying to make my Hampton Bay RF ceiling fan be controlled via HA. My plan is to read the RF remote signal and have an esp32 broadcast it. The remote runs on 433mhz and I was able to read it's signal via the rf.receiver component.

So my workplace has a program for WFH furniture and I used it customize and build a Steelcase Leap. I maxed out all the options I had so it comes with a headrest, graphite fabric and the Platinum frame. Price on the steelcase store for this exact configuration is $1578 I already have an Embody so have no use for this and only got it as the benefit was use or lose.

Can anyone recommend where I can sell it so I get the most money back?

Me and my wife got married in Nov last year. I was in CA all of last year but my wife moved from CA to AZ in June and has income from both states. Now, we would like to file as married filing together for our federal taxes as I make significantly more than her and it would help reduce my taxes. The issue now is with our state taxes, where I only have CA taxes but she has both AZ and CA taxes. How do I deal with this? Do we file state taxes as separate ?
