Small rubber seal piece fell into the vial when I pushed the needle in to withdraw. Will this dissolve into the fluid or am I good to continue to use the vial over the next 5 weeks? I couldn't google a solid answer.

Been trying to get a correct answer reading trt and testosterone. Currently use 23G 1inch needle which isn't terrible but i'll be on TRT for life. People saying 23G too big and will cause scar tissue over time which could be a pain for me since im only 34. I pin once a week.
I'm 6'1 ~200 pounds. Can I get away with going 29G 1/2inch needles into glutes?

I have a lennox hvac system about 14 years old. I've replaced the honeywell pressure switch 3 times in the past 3 months. It'll work great for 2-3 weeks without any issues then all of a sudden it'll crap out.
Every night, around 10pm ill need to unplug a wire from the pressure switch and replug it to start the furnace sequence. Then the furnace will lock up again later in the early morning until I do the same thing.
Am I really getting that unlucky with 3 different poor honey well pressure switches? I don't think the control board is the issue since the furnace runs perfectly from 7am-10pm.
Any ideas? I'm calling a HVAC professional soon but thought there may be something I'm missing.

I've been having a mild headache for the past 3 weeks and originally thought it was covid. Test came back negative this last Saturday. My diagnose is stage 2a with 90% EC and 10% Yolk Sac. I did 3xBEP and then RPLND last October. No issues since my headaches started.
I know its super rare to have it spread directly to the brain and skip the lungs but I guess anything is possible with cancer. I have a MRI next week just to confirm no spread.
Current tumor markers are normal but that could just mean we caught it early. Who knows, just looking to ease my mind till the MRI next week. Anyone here have relapse after RPLND?

Hello All,
Long story short, I had testicular cancer last year and due to the RPLND surgery, the scaring is pressing against my ureter which is causing my left kidney to drain sluggishly. Urologist said its typical to have a stent in for 12 months due to my situation with exchanges every 3-4 months.
At the moment, I'm taking Flomax and Ditropan. Its been a week since the stent procedure. I'm afraid that I'm one of the few who will have a hard time with this since the meds don't seem to be helping that much. I can't exercise or walk the dogs without the urge of wanting to pee. I would be extremely thankful for any advice or insight on how to make this more comfortable.

First scans (5 months) after RPLND came back clean. I do have a lymphocele that is blocking my kidney so I have to get it drained. Has anyone gone through this procedure? Just looking to get an idea of what happens and if ill be asleep or awake during the procedure.
I don't have an appointment with my Oncologist till Monday and am looking to get a head start with knowledge. Thanks!

Hope everyone is feeling well. I finished 3xBEP on 8/3 and had my follow up CT scans on 8/28. Looks like I may be getting the RPLND surgery. I meet with my Oncologist Friday to discuss the results and next steps. I have 2 questions for y'all. My make up was 90% EC and 10% Yolk.
LYMPH NODES: There has been mild interval improvement of retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy with index lymph nodes measured compared as follows:
-Left periaortic lymph node measures 11 x 17 mm, image 205 of series 3 previously 14 x 21 mm.
-Left periaortic lymph node more inferiorly measures 8 x 13 mm, image 220 of series 3 previously 10 x 16 mm.
-Left periaortic lymph node measures 7 x 7 mm, image 239 of

Hello All,
Currently in my first cycle of 3x BEP. Luckily, I have not experienced any nausea but I am getting gnarly, bad mouth ulcers. Don't want to eat hard food because it'll scrape the ulcers and my tongue is now sensitive as its getting cut by ice popsicles.
As the title says, i'm looking for any tips/tricks to help numb the pain of these mouth ulcers. I've started to use Orajel mouth wash which helps a little but I'm looking to put an end to them and keep them away if possible.

Just writing this as it may help others going through TC. This sub reddit helped a lot when I was first diagnosed and not really sure of my future. I realize that everything is going to be OK by reading other TC stories. I am 30 years old.
I am one of the few who did not have bump/lump nor had constant pain. In August 2019, when I wore jeans and sat down, my left testicle would randomly begin to hurt. Kind of felt like if someone would ball tap you. The pain would go away the next morning after i slept through the night. No big deal, pain is normal sometimes.
