Hello, I have recently moved some furniture and boxes up and down stairs of my new place over the span of a month, and have noticed a noticeable improvement in my health. I lost some belly fat, and I experience less back and knee pain. But I’ve run out of stuff to move.
I have ADHD so doing stuff like this was fun, but I’m apparently incapable of using some dumbbells etc. They don’t hold my attention and I give up easily.
Are there some large but soft type objects I can practice moving around? 20-40kg ideally. Soft so I don’t damage walls and etc.
I know this is a weird post, but I’m serious and would appreciate advice.
The “Big Chair” Question
[Note this research and analysis has been deleted or scrubbed wherever I’ve posted it. I don’t understand why this would be, it is quite benign… hopefully it can find a place here]
Are we all sitting comfortably… and is there a “Big Chair” conspiracy keeping it that way? The modern world is unquestionably built around chairs – from offices and schools to public transit and our homes, chairs are ubiquitous. This prevalence persists despite growing evidence that excessive sitting is harmful to health. This report investigates whether the normalization of chair use has been shaped by coordinated lobbying or industry influence, and how the office furniture sector (the
Kindle kind of sucks for searching for good light novels, the recommendation system kind of sucks with all of the Kindle Unlimited spam. I’ve found some great older LNs using Apple Books (sadly some of my favourites that I found got axed! How unfair!). I browse J-Novel releases already but with a few notable exceptions J-Novel seems to publish a lot of low quality stuff (no offence intended, I love isekai but a lot of it is badly written). Is there some central website that’s good for building recommendations that isn’t polluted by fan translations? Again no offence intended but it’s difficult to read most fan translations if you’re used to paid translation work.
Hi, I have a foreign TLD domain registered with EuroDNS and they are refusing to allow me to renew it. Apparently I can only renew it a few days before it expires (!). Worst of all they won’t allow the domain to be transferred back to the national NIC. Anyone run into an issue like this?
I use the domain actively for my emails and I’m afraid of losing it.

bbc.com/news/world-australia-65996530I’ve recently binged a bunch of isekai and fantasy LNs and I’m seriously running out of stuff to read. I’m considering switching to reading more traditional books but I’m surely missing out on good LNs. So I’d really be grateful for some recommendations along the lines of the post title.
As a reference this is the sort of stuff I found good, but I obviously need to spread out my reading genres a bit.
Brilliant: Ascendance of a Bookworm Mushoku Tensei
Good: Eminence in Shadow The Seven Spellblades The World’s Fastest Level Up Disciple of the Lich
Decent: Apocalypse Bringer Mynoghra The Vexations of a Shut-In Vampire Princess (first volume is good and pretty funny, but gets really formu
