The customary and reasonable charge for physio under the PSHCP is $150, and I am looking to get a combination of physio are run coaching at a cost of $220 a month. I am covered under my own and my spouses PSHCP.

Will both plans only cover up to 80% of $150, or will my plan cover 80% of $150, and my wife’s plan cover 80% of the remaking $70?
