Hey folks!

I'm a hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, and coach myself (11 years), and I've got something that might make your life easier, so I thought I'd share.

I've been growing tired of spending 20-45 minutes after every session writing notes and client summary emails, which seems common among the peers I talk to. So I built an app specifically for people in our line of work to generate session notes from transcripts so we can keep our focus on the work instead of the paperwork.

I'm calling it ArcNotes. You upload a transcript from the session, and in about a minute you get:

  • Structured session notes - presenting issue, client response, homework, etc.
  • Clinical feedback

Hey All! Hope you all are well.

Over the last couple months, along with the course I'm launching, I've been creating an AI based note generating app for working coaches so that you can rapidly create session notes and summary emails for clients. Thought some of you may be interested.

The idea is that, if you work by zoom or record your sessions, you can upload the transcript and get back:

  • Structured session notes (themes, interventions, client insights, homework assigned)
  • Coach analysis with clinical feedback on your work
  • A warm client summary email you can review and send

Early feedback has been very positive.

It's called ArcNotes. I'm building it because I was spending 30+ min

Hey all, I wanted to share this video with you all from Adventures Through the Mind Podcast, which is excellent.

In my experience, this topic is right at the heart of so much of what comes up for people on psychedelic sessions, and to me, a major part of what the work we are doing is about.

While on the surface, this may seem to be tangential to psychedelics, I actually think that the condition of the nervous system is both a major part of what shapes our experiences, and a major part of what the inner healing intelligence is trying to restore during healing on psychedelics.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did

One of the biggest issues I see in this space is seemingly endless confusion about the different roles in the psychedelics space. So with this post, I hope to help clear that up a bit.

For seekers, confusion about the roles makes it hard to know what kind of support you need, and what kind of support is being offered when looking at different providers.

For coaches and other folks doing psychedelic support, this makes it hard to understand the limitations (ie, scope) of what you do, and don't do. And when we don't understand our scope, we become dangerous and potentially unethical in our engagement. If somebody needs a deeper or different type of support than our skillset, we can end

Hey All, I'm curious about this.

For context, when I meet psychedelic therapists, they often express surprise when I tell them that I work 100% online, including medicine sessions. I understand the shock and concern about ethics and safety, but so far it's been surprisingly effective and safe. In my case, I've adjusted the way I do medicine sessions with people to account for the lack of in person presence by adjusting a range of things, from dose to bringing in support people from the person's life, to getting emergency contact info in their local area ahead of time.

More broadly, I know that "normal" coaching and therapy are often largely online these days, which is I think is good. Wha

Hey Folks,

After 33 years of personal experience, and 11 years of coaching people through psychedelic experiences, I kept seeing the same pattern: depression isn't always a chemical imbalance - it's often what happens when you're living out of alignment with your core truth.

Psychedelics naturally initiate a deconditioning process, especially in the early part of our journey with them. The problem is, most people don't have any sort of framework to work with that process consciously. So the insights fade, the patterns return, people get partial deconditioning, and they're left wondering why the insights don't "stick." Frankly, a lot of the messier results from psychedelic use that

Hey Folks!

Below is an AI generated post based on a conversation I was having with Claude about applying Spiral Dynamics to the psychedelic community. I thought it was a juicy enough take on things that I wanted to share it with you all.

The Key point I want to make: The psychedelic community needs a developmental model of understanding as part of how we make sense of this space.

Without one, we mistake different developmental stages for competing truths, and the conflicts that emerge feel random and frustrating rather than predictable and workable.

In general, I think developmental models of psychology are very underrated in this

Hey Psychonauts!

I've been lurking in the comments section of various psychedelic subs — including this one — for 5 years, trying to add value to the conversations where I can. But it's starting to feel like it's time to step up and give more directly to the psychedelic community here on Reddit.

As the psychedelics space continues to grow and evolve, I think it's become clear that we need spaces where different roles and perspectives can coexist and learn from each other. Where critique doesn't get you labeled "anti" anything. Where the politics of the legalization movement dont shape the tone of our

Hey Folks!

I realize that this sub is not as focused on the therapeutic aspects of psychedelics, but I thought I'd give a heads up in case.
