I’m not built for silence and small talk. I’m craving bold energy, clever teasing, and someone who actually knows how to keep a conversation hot before it gets NSFW. If you’ve got a sharp tongue, flirty charm, and know how to turn tension into temptation, you just might be my kind of trouble. in the mood for something that feels fun, private, and maybe even unforgettable.
I’m not the type who melts for sweet talk, I crave tension, intensity, and the kind of chemistry that makes you squirm in all the best ways. I’m looking for someone who knows how to push the line, play with fire, and keep a girl guessing without saying a word. Tease me, test me.I might just stick around long enough to see how deep this game goes.

I recently posted about losing my hearing and what accommodations you’ve seen at your local studios, hoping for some ideas.
Since then I’ve quickly become completely deaf and received the news that I won’t qualify for a cochlear implant, and hearing aids no longer provide any functional improvement. To say I’m crushed is an understatement.
I had to take a leave at work (not forced, but I couldn’t figure out how to effectively and confidently do my job, and the change of becoming deaf at 30 and explaining it repeatedly was overwhelming). I told a friend last week that I miss OT and group yoga the most. She was like “just go!” So I read over your comments again and decided to take the leap
What have you seen for members? Anything your studio does for those who are deaf? Or blind? Or have other special needs?
I’m losing my hearing quite quickly and would like a copy of the template or quick visual cues because I’m no longer able to follow the treads. However, I was told this isn’t possible. I’m a special education teacher, so know legally some accommodations can be provided, I just don’t want to push it. I’d love some ideas on how to better advocate for myself or what is reasonable.
I’ll be staying in Pallayup with a friend next week but spending a couple days downtown and another couple days in Olympic National Park. Any strong opinions on locations or coaches? I’ve been a member for 3 years and am so excited to try a class outside Chicagoland! 🧡
I finished my round on Tuesday. So tonight I had a drink at dinner. Food freedom. Then went home and had serious cravings. After back and forth about 10 times I ate half a pint of HaloTop I had leftover from pre-Whole30. I did so well and thought I had my cravings under control! I have a wine tasting on June 12, but am thinking of doing another minireset (Whole15?) until then. I don’t know that I’m ready for Food Freedom!!!
I’ve run multiple 5k’s, 10k’s, and half’s with OTF twice a week and running outside 3 times a week. With great success. But I need help planning to train for the Chicago Marathon. What worked? What did your weeks look like (ex. Monday OTF, Saturday long, etc.)? Did you stick with a plan for miles from Nike or somewhere else? Can I get by with 3 outside runs a week or should I do more?
I know this has come up in the threads and tried to search but after marathon month it was taking me so long to actually find anything! So help me out! 😉
Okay. I’ve been disturbed with Jimmy Moore’s social media posts lately. He did a 3:1 protein experiment and was literally making himself sick. After finishing he posted that he ate 3 packets of nut butter, each with 22 grams of fat.
He was the first I started following when I went keto and is a wealth of knowledge. However, I feel I was initially mislead by thinking when keto you can eat unlimited calories and still lose weight. I’ve learned more from Mark Sission and others, that this is not the case nor is it good for our bodies.
I think Jimmy means well but truly has disordered eating habits and it’s hard to discern this information.
Thoughts?
My studio is booked solid all evening and the waitlist isn’t moving. There is a new studio not too far away with plenty of open classes but I want to do a run/row tomorrow! 😂
I think the new studio opened mid-January.
Last night I felt a bit of pain in my foot when side plank crunching. I got home from OTF and the outer side of my foot (not quite to the heel, starting where the bone sticks out) hurt. This morning it still hurt walking, but I thought I could "run it out." After .5 at an easy pace I had to stop and walk. I finished a mile and was in a lot of pain. I am reading a lot about stress fractures in this area. I did just run a half marathon but I have literally had NO pain before this. I also started on the tread yesterday and didn't have any pain between blocks. Any thoughts, suggestions, etc? I don't want to be down for too long. I'll try the bike or strider tomorrow unless I have a magical recov
