Night wake ups and pain levels

Medications and pain management

Need advice please, or at least some moral support! I was woken up at about 2am last night with severe cramps, took some ibuprofen which usually takes the edge off quite quickly but it had no effect. Within half an hour it had escalated to the worst pain I have ever experienced. I was lying on the bathroom floor unable to sit up for nausea and dizziness, I had to get my partner to help me get more painkillers and a hot water bottle. I was getting so panicky and close to going to the hospital because I just didn't know what else to do. It did get better and I managed to get back to bed for a couple of hours but I'm still in a lot of pain today albeit nowhere near as severe. I honestly feel

I am in the process of getting quotes for 9001/14001/45001 certification and have got prices back from BSI, Alcumus ISOQAR, LRQA and NQA.

All of the above are UKAS accredited and searchable on UKAS certcheck but there are quite big differences in price. Besides cost and audit planning is there any reason to choose one company over another?

I'm on catch up for love/ hate week and these two are freaking adorable now, so nice to see more of them and bringing some feel-good TV to breaking up the petty dramas. More of this please! (Also I may have a slight crush on Roz)

As a parent I loved the toddler phase from sort of 18m-3y where they're so curious and much more chatty, but obviously that comes with tantrums too and a class of them might be a very different experience from a single child. So I'd love to know, which age ranges are the most fun to work with and which are your least favourite?

I'm asking in askuk over opening to wider Reddit as I think childcare differs a lot from country to country. That would also be interesting but I'm primarily curious about a typical UK style nursery with different rooms for different age ranges.
