This is really for people like me who needs a reminder that when you do SATS you are after the feeling and not the crispy clean clear cut image of your scenario. People who complain they "can't visualize" also might find this useful. When I started I always came back to living consciousness almost instantly once the voice said so. We put so much effort trying to justify/ignore what is happening in the 3D when all happenings is a consequence of your state of consciousness. Trying to ignore 3D means that, there, is where you invest your time and thoughts.

A few days ago, things went beyond what I imagined. The scene, the people's reaction were even better, the vibe in the room. Everything. The goal was to create harmony in our family and it was pretty bad. I'm talking violence, verbal emotional abuse, manipulation, pressure all that jazz.
