Next Up Anytime: I can trade in after a year, don't have to pay off the rest of the phone, and I get the promo on the new device?

This seems too good to be true which is why I'm asking.

If I buy an iPhone 16 Pro, I'll pay $27.75/mo + $10/mo for Next Up Anytime. Next year, I'll be able to trade-in and get an iPhone 17 Pro with credits so that it's $0/mo + $10/mo for Next Up Anytime?

I know that promos might be different from year to year, but it feels weird that I'd be eligible for the promos given that I'd still have more to pay off on the phone. Basically, from then on I could just keep getting a new iPhone each year for $0/mo + $10/mo for Next Up Anytime. In fact, it'd be cheaper for me to trade-in than continue paying for the iPhone 16.

I'm looking to switch to topical Spironolactone, but it's hard to find. Apostrophe is available, but it's $75 for a tiny 21g bottle.

Does anyone know of a pharmacy that will ship it? My doctor is willing to write an Rx for it.

Nationally, housing prices are up 6.2% year-over-year, but there are many parts of the country seeing declines. Austin TX is seeing some of the biggest declines, down 4% over the past year and down 11.1% from its May 2022 peak (Boston is basically unchanged from its peak in November 2023, down 0.03% or $150 on a $500,000 home).

StopTheMadness Pro?

In the Mac AppStore, I see both StopTheMadness and StopTheMadness Pro (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/stopthemadness-pro/id6471380298). They're both from the same developer so it doesn't seem like a scam or anything, but I don't see anything on the website about the Pro version (https://underpassapp.com/StopTheMadness/).

Is STM Pro a bundle of the Mac and iOS STM? It looks like it also has new features that STM doesn't have?

I guess my main question is: is STM Pro legit or was it something launched years ago that's now abandoned? There are no reviews or version history in the AppStore and nothing on the website so it's hard for me to know if STM Pro is what I should be buying.
