I made a second character and when I check the stash, the gold is 0. All the items and currency are there though. I deposited the gold from my main character (his current gold is 0 since it's in the stash).

What would be the best way to transfer the gold?

Typing /nopickup doesn't activate it. The command is recognized because it doesn't give an error but it doesn't work. Items can still be picked up without pressing alt.

After defeating Rehab, I went back to the drill thingy room and there are some boxes underwater that look like they can be pulled. However, I can't. The interact icon doesn't show up.

If I sprint underwater, sometimes the icon shows up for a few milliseconds but it doesn't really work. Has this happened to anyone else or did it work as intended for you?

When was the commentary recorded? Gaben makes it sound like it's from back during development. I thought they made it for the 20th anniversary like he said at beginning of HL2?

Many many years ago, I joined a server of HL2:DM that hosted maps for the entire campaign of HL2.

It was similar to Svencoop. People would join and bunnyhop to the end of the map which would trigger the server to load the next.

Anyone knows if servers like those still exist?

Playing for the first time and got to this mission where I'm given $1000 and to deliver the money back the NPC. Did anyone else use this for gambling before returning it?

I have Windows' file explorer docked on the left side and PeaZip on the right side. Ideally, I want to be able to drag files from PeaZip on the right and drop them on the standard file explorer on the left.

However, doing this with the "Use native Drag and Drop on Windows" option selected, resizes and centers the file explorer window so it isn't docked anymore after drag and dropping. If I untick that option, the explorer window stays docked correctly but now PeaZip is the one resizing itself.

So I tested the Steam version which defaults to 1.7.0.4. It seems alright for vanilla play but doesn't support FOSE. I added ENB to it and it worked fine.

So now I downgraded to 1.7.0.3 and kept the ENB but there is stutter. And this stutter is perfectly reproducible. If I uninstall ENB, the stutter is gone. If I have ENB but disable it in the ENB options, the stutter persists. I even installed FOSE and the Stutter Remover mod which increased performance but didn't get rid of the stutter.

The 1.7.0.4 version has no stutter with ENB enabled.

I want to keep ENB and install a couple of mods that need FOSE. There is something in the 1.7.0.4 version that gets rid of the stutter and I don't kn

Taken from here but it also works for NFSU2. I would post it on pcgamewiki but I don't know how to edit articles there. Thanks to Masahiko Morii for creating this.

The fix is for xinput gamepads like the xbox controllers and PS4/PS5 when using ds4windows.

Download the file x86 for 32bit OS or x64 for 64bit. I uploaded both to some mirrors just in case.

I regularly watch HDTVs reviews and on every video Vince mentions judder. It makes sense when it's caused by 3:2 pulldown by fitting 24p films to a 60hz display.

But modern displays have 120hz which adjusts perfectly to 24p and they have VRR for anything else. So why is judder still an issue?

This is my first post in this sub. If this question isn't allowed, could someone recommend a sub for this? Like r/hardware but for TVs.
