So, I've just seen a thread in which the OP says that they use one weapon and it's implied that they have done since launch.

Now I can totally understand having a favourite weapon or class. I can even understand choosing to focus on one weapon to become good with it, but I can't get my head around deliberately ignoring all that the game has to offer.

Personally I'm constantly changing my class, my weapon loadouts and bringing new weapons into rotation and I enjoy putting together vaguely themed loadouts (pairing the BAR with the 1911 for an American Expeditionary Force themed loadout for example), but I wanted to ask how everyone else plays? Do you find a favourite weapon to on focus and

I've been messing about with the Sjögren Inertial for the past few nights on and off and I feel that in most areas it's a straight buff over the M97 family of weapons, which were my previous go to choice.

Ok so it drops two pellets and the reload is bit slower, but it retains a OHK potential if you're accurate with it, has a higher rate of fire for when you're not or you need a follow up shot, tighter spread, further damage drop off, better recoil, better recoil recovery and an equal mag size. What is not to like there? Pair it with the 1870 Gasser and you've got combo that really packs a punch in my opinion. I'm curious as to how you guys feel about the Sjögren though? It doesn't seem to

I spent a bit of time last night unlocking the Lebel 1886 Infantry rifle. I wasn't going to bother, because looking at the stats there was nothing about this weapon that seemed to beat out my previous infantry rifle choices the Russian 1895 and the M95 Infantry. Then I got the legendary skin for it from a battlepack and decided it was a sweet skin, so I might as well have the gun and give it a try.

As I said on paper this gun should have nothing to offer me; the reload is terrible, the bullet velocity is lower than the 1895 Russian and its currently bugged with incorrect recoil and spread recovery. Yet somehow I'm marginally more accurate with a higher kill rate with the Lebel than I am wi

It was a bad, bad day in Amiens. Fires burning everywhere, the smoke mixing with the taste of mustard gas hanging in the air that burned your nose and throat, the tang of Cordite, the stink of burned flesh, the fumes of petrol. It was a little slice of hell on a sunny day. My Italian Cei-Rigotti, she was out of bullets, well a few left, but not nearly enough and the sound of jackboots of cobbles were coming closer.

The German medic lying in the street with blood coming out of his mouth and his blue eyes as glassy as marbles had no use for rifle lying where it had fallen in the gutter. I felt like a thief patting him down for bullets and that photo I found in his breast pocket whilst doing

I spent three rounds last night with a parasite in my squad. Every round this guy would go find a corner of the team spawn area that could see onto the home point and nowhere else. He would then sit there for the entire round in the hope that the other team would stroll en masse through his hard scoped sights and doing nothing in between these moments. Of course they did not oblige him.

I've never seen such a hill humping ass in 160 hours of game play. I've never seen someone who was doing literally nothing at all to help his team in anyway. At least the bad scouts I've seen camping before have got out of the spawn. At least however bad they were they were trying to cover their team. Just
