I just got an email from the Vapor Chef saying that they are going out of business! Their Apple Bourbon Tobacco has been my all day vape for about 10 years! Kinda freaking out right now!

I ordered 9 120 ml bottles to hold me over till I figure out what to do.

Any suggestions for a good alternative or even a diy recipe?

I have 3 users so far that are unable to open Chrome. There is no error or pop up it thinks for a second then does nothing. It will open only when I right click on it and run it under my admin account .

I have deleted the %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome folder

Reinstalled Chrome.

Used Revo to uninstall it and deleted all associated folders and registry keys.

Added a Firewall rule for Chrome

Antivirus is Cisco AMP/Secure Endpoint and has no rules blocking it and 200+ users with the same AV software and polices that don't have the issue.

I am at a loss here, any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Edit: I have tried reinstalling with both the enterprise msi and standard exe installe
