I'm considering buying a 2008 grand touring miata with all the premium options with 58k miles for 12k cash. I have a 2003 civic si that cost me 7k and a 2010 corolla that cost me about 4k. I have about 30k in cash in a high yield savings account, and about 120k in my retirement/brokerage accounts. I'm saving around 50k+/ year at the moment. I dont own a home, but I live with my brother and have very low expenses. I would consider selling one of my cars after picking up the miata. Im 29 years old. I make about 90k a year in an industry that is dangerous a but excellent job security. I know the opportunity costs of buying the vehicle instead of investing that money, but the car guy part of me
