Hoping y’all can help. Just got my CGS Helios QD in, having a very tough time fitting the KeyMo adapter (without any material after the threads). I can get it about 1-1.5 turns in before it slows down/stops.

Oddly, the adapter & can threads fine into the adapter, I just don’t want the extra length/weight.

1.375x24 threads on the Helios and the KeyMo adapter, using a KeyMicro brake. I’ve used some lube & a brush to clean the threads.

Read through the other thread w/ the Xenos, I’m just a little hesitant to really crank it given the cost of the can. Wondering if anyone else has ran into this, or I just got a lemon and need to contact Dead Air.
